What exactly is included in social media management?
Social media management includes everything needed to maintain and grow your brand's social presence: strategy development, content creation (graphics, videos, captions), scheduling and publishing, hashtag research, community management (replying to comments and DMs), performance tracking, and monthly reporting. Depending on your package, it may also include paid social ads management and influencer outreach.
Do I have to provide photos or videos for my social media content?
Not necessarily. We can create high-quality graphic content using your brand assets (logo, colours, fonts). However, for product-based businesses or lifestyle brands, using real photography of your products or team significantly outperforms generic graphics — so we encourage sharing phone photos, product images, or behind-the-scenes content when possible. We'll guide you on what types of photos/videos work best so it's not a burden.
How long before I start seeing results from social media management?
Social media is a long-term brand building strategy. You'll typically see engagement and reach improvements in the first 4–6 weeks as we establish a consistent posting rhythm. Follower growth and lead generation from social usually become significant by month 3–6, as the algorithm starts recognising and amplifying your content consistently. The results compound over time — brands that stick with a strategy for 6–12 months see the most dramatic growth.
Can I approve content before it goes live?
Absolutely — and this is a non-negotiable part of our process. At the start of every month, we share the full content calendar including all graphics, videos, captions, and scheduled posting times for your review and approval. Nothing is posted without your sign-off. You can request changes, give feedback, or approve with one click. You remain in full control of your brand at all times.
Do you manage paid social ads as well as organic content?
Yes. Our Growth and Enterprise plans include paid social ad management (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn Ads). For the Starter plan, paid ads can be added on. We often recommend running organic content management alongside paid social ads — organic builds trust and community while paid amplifies your best content to new audiences. Together, they're significantly more effective than either alone.
Which social media platforms should my business be on?
It depends entirely on your business type and target audience. D2C and consumer brands: Instagram + Facebook. B2B businesses: LinkedIn (most important). Reaching younger audiences: Instagram Reels. Building authority and search visibility: YouTube. Local businesses: Instagram + Facebook + WhatsApp Business. We'll recommend the right platform mix for your specific business during our free strategy call — there's no point being on every platform if your audience isn't there.
What is the difference between organic social media and paid social ads?
Organic social media is your regular posts, Reels, and Stories that reach your existing followers (and their networks if content performs well) for free. Paid social media is when you put advertising budget behind posts to reach people beyond your followers — targeting specific demographics, interests, or behaviours. Organic builds your brand long-term; paid drives faster, immediate results. Most brands benefit from both working together.
Do you offer social media management for personal brands and founders?
Yes — personal brand management is something we specialise in, particularly on LinkedIn and Instagram. We work with founders, coaches, consultants, and industry experts to build their personal brand — creating thought leadership content, growing their following, and positioning them as authorities in their field. A strong founder personal brand is often one of the highest-ROI investments a B2B company can make.
